Lucy Elliott was born and raised in Charleston, SC. After receiving a BFA in Illustration from Winthrop University, she traveled Europe before returning to her muddy roots in the Carolina Lowcountry. Her art combines color, passion, and a child-like perception that infuses her work with a joy and a sense of place. Recently married, she now lives in Rock Hill, SC with her husband, John Bryan, and one fiendish cat.
